1. Who we are

The website lumicollections.shop (the "Store") is operated by Lumorise LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, trading as Lumi Collections ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at contact@lumorise.io. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, in full or in part, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We try to keep every price and description accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

4. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Some product photos are styled or digitally created to show how an item looks in use, and actual colors, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Check each product's size guide before ordering.

5. Using our products safely

Our pet clothing, accessories, beds and toys are designed for use under supervision. Do not leave pets unattended while they wear clothing, hats or collars, take items off if your pet seems uncomfortable or too warm, and remove any item that is damaged or being chewed. Collars are not sold as breakaway collars unless stated, and should not be used for tying out or pulling. Toys with lasers must never be shone into the eyes of people or animals. Items with batteries or charging cables should be kept out of reach of young children and pets, charged only with a suitable charger, and supervised during use. Items that are labeled for a particular age group are not suitable for younger children.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, delivery estimates, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos of your pet or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it on the Store and in our marketing. We will only feature your pet's photo with your permission.

8. Our content

The text, images, designs and logos on the Store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store when you place an order applies to that order.
