Lumi Collections is operated by Lumorise LLC. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed at lumicollections.shop.

30-day returns on unused items

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at contact@lumorise.io first with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be refunded.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds

Every return is checked when it arrives. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of that check. Items that come back used, damaged or incomplete may be refused or refunded in part.

Items that cannot be returned

Sale items, personalized items and anything marked final sale cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
