Lumi Collections is operated by Lumorise LLC. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery times

Orders take 6 to 14 business days to arrive from the day you order: 1 to 3 business days for us to prepare your parcel, then 5 to 11 business days in transit. Most items ship from our partner warehouse in China, and a few ship from the US. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page and in your cart. These are estimates based on our carriers' quoted transit times, not guarantees.

Christmas

Order by Friday, November 27, 2026 for expected delivery before December 25. This is our estimate, not a guarantee, and holiday volume can add a few days.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Addresses

Please use a full street address. Some of our carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. Check your address at checkout, since we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Late or missing parcels

If your tracking has not updated in a while, or your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated window, email contact@lumorise.io with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
