Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States, and every order is tracked.
Shipping is free on every order. Expect delivery in 6 to 14 business days from the day you order: 1 to 3 business days to prepare your parcel, then 5 to 11 business days in transit. Most items ship from our partner warehouse in China, and a few ship from the US.
You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page and in your cart.
For Christmas, order by Friday, November 27 for expected delivery before December 25. This is our estimate based on our carriers' quoted transit times, not a guarantee, and holiday volume can add a few days.
Please use a street address. Some of our carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Returns
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be refunded.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.
Every return is checked on arrival. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of that check. Items that come back used, damaged or incomplete may be refused or refunded in part.
Sale items, personalized items and anything marked final sale cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
