How do I find the right size for my dog or cat?
Measure around the widest part of your pet's chest, just behind the front legs, and along the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Match those numbers to the size chart on the product page; chest matters most. If your pet is between sizes, broad-chested or extra fluffy, choose the larger size. Every outfit page lists the chest and back length for each size.
Do your outfits fit cats?
Yes. The Cocoa Bear onesie, Cloud Bear sherpa vest and Cotton Candy kitten sweater are sized for cats as well as small dogs, and most adult cats wear an M or L in the kitten sweater. Let your cat get used to a new piece for a few minutes at a time, and take it off if they seem stressed.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then spend 5 to 11 business days in transit, so most arrive 6 to 14 business days after you order. Most items ship from our partner warehouse in China, with tracking all the way.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend, and every order ships with tracking.
Can I order in time for a holiday or birthday?
Delivery takes 6 to 14 business days from the day you order, so for a set date, order at least three weeks ahead. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund once the item arrives and is checked. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also find it in your account under Orders.
How should I wash pet clothes?
Follow the care notes on the product page where there are any; the Burrito bath robe, for example, is machine washable. Otherwise wash cold on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag and lay flat to dry. Heat can shrink knits and flatten plush.
Is it safe for my pet to wear clothes?
Pet clothes are for supervised wear. Check that you can slide two fingers under the neck and chest, watch for rubbing under the front legs, and take outfits off for sleep and whenever your pet is alone. Remove any piece your pet chews or tries to wriggle out of.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Every payment is processed securely at checkout.
How do I place an order?
